Valve has released Dota 2 patch 7.41c, which brings significant nerfs to Batrider and Puck. The update is live now globally.
Batrider and Puck hit hardest in latest balance update
Batrider's Firefly and Flaming Lasso damage have been reduced. Puck's level 25 talent no longer allows Dream Coil to pierce debuff immunity; instead, it grants a 30-second cooldown reduction. Roshan pits now block flying vision, preventing wards and flying units from seeing inside. Soul Ring's cooldown has increased from 25 to 30 seconds. Bloodstone, Harpoon, and other items have also been adjusted. In total, 81 heroes received changes.
The patch is available immediately for all players worldwide.
This update continues Valve's balancing efforts for Dota 2, targeting heroes and items that have been dominant in the current meta. The Roshan pit change adds a new strategic layer to vision control around the objective.
