Found an important spec adjustment on AYN Odin 3 Portal that impacts the console's power requirements. If you want to fast charge, be aware of the reduced maximum output power. It's different from what was shown in earlier marketing. This change impacts charging speed but doesn't affect the fundamental hardware or pricing.

AYN corrects internal documentation error regarding maximum power output
The Odin 3 Portal uses Dragonwing Q8 CPU and Adreno 830 GPU. AYN includes a 7-inch 1080×1920 120Hz refresh rate OLED screen. The device has a 9000mAh battery for longer gameplay.
Specifications
- Chipset: Dragonwing Q8
- GPU: Adreno 830
- Display: 7-inch OLED, 1080×1920, 120Hz
- Battery: 9000mAh
- Charging Power: 45W
AYN Developers directly explained the issue of power variation: "Because the internal document was not consistent in the process of preparing product materials, 60W charging power was used. But the design of the final specs and the console itself support the maximum charging power of 45W." So, it's finally down to 45W as max.
The basic version with 12GB RAM and 128GB storage is $399. Pro version (256GB) costs $479. For more options, 16GB/512GB is $549 and the top 1TB variant is $669. These are the prices with new specs, no other discounts.
We've been monitoring the Odin 3 Portal since the first announcement, emphasizing its strengths in emulation. This latest update fixes an issue related to inconsistent charging specs. The device is still available at these prices with different storage options.

The internal doc inconsistency is a classic firmware sync error. The Q8 charging controller likely hard limits to 45W for thermal safety. 60W was just marketing copy. This does not change the silicon.
