New demo highlights family conflict and orbital station battle in upcoming RPG
About EXODUS, it's a sci-fi action adventure RPG. People get to select among different paths like Traveler, Paladin, or Immortal. It is going to be released on April 7, 2027 for PS5, Xbox Series and PC platforms (via Steam and Epic Games Store). It will be multi-platform accessible, so console and PC users can enjoy it at the same time.
The mission we're looking at involves the player approaching Suliman Tenjin, head of the mighty Tenjin Dynasty, for help. But, according to Archetype Entertainment, there's a catch to this help. Once you ask for the favor, it straight-up takes you into battle with the armies of your half-brother, Gideon Aslan.
The mission itself is all about the struggle for ownership of the orbital space station Khonsu. It's been defending your homeworld and a living space for ages. And here you are, having to face off with your brother's army to gain this vital strategic asset.
According to Archetype Entertainment, we get to see highlights of the player handling the whole family and political mess. Just to give us a better understanding of what's at stake with the 'Liberating the Kay' mission. It will be available worldwide on April 7, 2027.

Family drama in space is a tired trope. I hope the combat mechanics are fresh enough to carry the weight of the story.
half brother wars again? 🤔 seems like we are stuck in a cycle of familial conflict in scifi rpgs lately.
The orbital station battle looks intense. Archetype Entertainment is pushing the scale here.
