Xiaomi has teased the 17 Max, a smartphone with an 8,000mAh battery. The company claims the device can deliver 33.3 hours of continuous video playback. According to Xiaomi, that is enough to outlast two iPhone 17 Pro Max units combined under the same test conditions.

Massive 8000mAh battery enables record endurance

The Xiaomi 17 Max features a 6.9-inch LTPO AMOLED display. It is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip. The main camera uses a new 200MP sensor. The phone supports 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. It also carries an IP68 water resistance rating.
