Finally for Nintendo fans with Android smartphones, you can now play New Super Mario Bros. Wii on your phone and turn it into a portable multiplayer experience from a console-only release. A new unofficial port by developer WitherBlitz lets gamers now enjoy the classic 2D platforming experience in your pocket, as long as you meet certain requirements hardware wise and software wise.

WitherBlitz release enables mobile multiplayer for classic Nintendo title
This is an unofficial port to Android of the 2006 Nintendo Wii game, created by a developer known as WitherBlitz. The aim of this is to offer mobile players a chance to play the game with others, without the need for the original Wii device. The port supports local network play or use Tailscale application for online play across devices.
The developer has stated that you'll need Android 11+ and a 64-bit ARM processor plus Vulkan. You also need your own original US copy of New Super Mario Bros. Wii with file ID of SMNE01. They are aiming to run at 60FPS (as tested on Google Pixel 3XL with Snapdragon 845).
It uses touch controls instead of the Wii remote. So you can play right on the screen in your device. However, the developer does say that not all devices will get a stable experience yet.
Namely those that have Mali graphics on their smartphone. They need to be optimized specifically and may not run right without more work.
It's another interesting new unofficial port that's available for classic console games to be ported and played on modern smartphones. So if you want to enjoy the game now on your Android device and you're willing to do a bit of work to get it running, it's a possibility at least.
