Oppo Find X10 Ultra Rumored to Pack 200MP Main and Telephoto Sensors with 144Hz Display

Leaked specs for the Oppo Find X10 Ultra suggest a 200MP main sensor, dual periscope cameras, and a 144Hz display, with a 2027 launch expected.

Oppo is gearing up for a huge change in the mobile imaging space with its upcoming Find X10 Ultra. This device has the potential to revolutionize high-end smartphone cameras. If you’re a user or photography lover, you need to pay attention to these leaked specs because Oppo is going all-in on expanding sensor capabilities beyond what’s typical right now. Oppo is reportedly exploring a new camera setup that’s more focused on raw resolution and cutting-edge light-gathering tech instead of sticking to standard camera shapes.

Leaked specifications reveal a massive camera array and high refresh rate display for the upcoming flagship

One of the big changes they’re working on is the main 200MP sensor with LOFIC tech (maybe it’s a Samsung HPA/HPU). The main sensor will work with two different telephoto setups for different use cases. There will be another 200MP periscope camera for long shots, plus an additional 50MP periscope camera with 10x optical zoom for a balanced telephoto experience.

Specifications

  • Main Camera Sensor: 200-megapixel with LOFIC technology (Samsung HPA or HPU)
  • Telephoto Camera 1: 200-megapixel periscope
  • Telephoto Camera 2: 50-megapixel periscope with 10x optical zoom
  • Front Camera: 100-megapixel
  • Display Size: 6.89-inch

Apart from the camera setup, rumors suggest the phone might get a 6.89-inch BOE display with 2K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals. It’s also likely to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset for the heavy processing load that these sensors will need. There’s also talk of a 100MP square front camera for the high-res vibe they’re going for with the back camera. Rumors also say the battery will be around 8,500mAh to meet the power demands of the setup.

The sensor for the 10x zoom camera is still up in the air. Oppo might revert to a smaller 1/2.76-inch sensor if production schedules are a problem. They could also use the Samsung ISOCELL GNB or OmniVision’s OV51A.

These display and chipset specs aren’t officially confirmed by Oppo yet. They’re just rumors for now. The flagship launch is planned for the first half of 2027 in China, so there’s time to sort out these components.

Right now, we only know the rough timeline and the high-level camera setup from the tipster Digital Chat Station. Oppo is reportedly looking at a camera setup with a 200MP main sensor with LOFIC tech for Oppo Find X10 Ultra. (Maybe it’s a Samsung HPA/HPU sensor). When the final product drops in 2027, it’s likely they’ll choose a specific setup of these components.
