NvpwrControl tool allows users to bypass OEM restrictions on RTX 50-series GPUs

The utility is called NvpwrControl, and the latest version is 1.8.0. It functions by reverse-engineering the power-policy stack that NVIDIA uses to manage GPU behavior. This approach bypasses the restrictions that standard tuning software typically imposes on OEM laptops.
