AMD announced EXPO Ultra Low Latency (EXPO-ULL) at Computex 2026. The new memory profiles target gamers and enthusiasts who want to squeeze more performance from their DDR5 kits without manual tuning.
Latency reduced by 5 to 7 nanoseconds
EXPO-ULL works with DDR5 memory modules at 6000 MT/s and 6400 MT/s. It improves timings to reduce latency by 5 to 7 nanoseconds compared to standard JEDEC settings.

Eight memory partners on board
Eight memory partners are on board: G.Skill, Kingston FURY, KLEVV, Lexar, TeamGroup, V-Color, XPG, and Origin Code. They will offer EXPO-ULL kits starting in June 2026.
Motherboard support will arrive via AGESA updates. Users should check their board manufacturer for the specific BIOS version that enables EXPO-ULL.
EXPO-ULL builds on AMD's existing EXPO technology, which first appeared with Ryzen 7000 series processors. The new profiles focus on ultra-low latency for competitive gaming.
