Nirvanana's Project Zeta takes MOBA battles to a whole new level by doing away with the traditional two teams and instead going for a wild 4-team experience. With four teams in the mix, everyone involved is encouraged to engage with one another in wild and unpredictable ways that'll lead to battles far more about adapting on the fly than raw mechanical skill. So, with its unique 4-team setup, Project Zeta offers up a whole new spin on what a MOBA should be like — fast-paced, all about grabbing those goals.

Nirvanana's new MOBA replaces traditional two-team battles with a chaotic four-team structure
Project Zeta is a new game in development from Nirvanana and published by Krafton. It's bringing a fresh approach to the genre with its 4-team, 3-player setup set in a massive battlefield. There's a strict 24-minute time limit for every match, broken down into seven different phases.
That makes for a pretty quick-paced game that's way different from what you're used to with other games in this genre. The first team to reach 5 points wins — and that means you'll need to not only be aggressive in your attacks but also smart about managing your resources.
In Project Zeta, players score points by gathering up prisms left behind by those powerful bosses and taking them to specific spots on the map. There are four different types of heroes in the game: Warrior, Mage, Assassin, and Marksman. Each of them brings something different to the chaotic battles.
To make things even smoother, the game offers some pretty handy QoL features like automatic skill point allocation and automatic item purchase. That way, you can focus more on where you're standing and fighting instead of fiddling around in menus.
Project Zeta is coming to PC and PS5, which means that this crazy new MOBA setup will be available for console and PC gamers to enjoy. We've been keeping a close eye on Project Zeta, even writing about how they made sure combat would stop when it came to those stealth capture the flag elements. The game is designed to make you want to get involved, with a strict 24-minute time limit and seven different phases to go through. You really gotta be there to help score points.
This MOBA is shaking things up with its new team setup and some cool streamlined mechanics, giving you a fast-paced competitive experience. Matches are capped at 24 minutes, and you've got four teams all trying to rack up points. It's all about strategy and being able to adapt to whatever's happening. And Project Zeta is set to drop on PC and PS5 — that's a brand new team setup for MOBA games!
