Capcom has released a new modification for Resident Evil Requiem that transforms the game's supply distribution system. The modder fanteeek has replaced all in-game supply boxes with the iconic Merchant character from Resident Evil 4 Remake. This change integrates the beloved vendor directly into the player's journey rather than keeping them as distant NPCs.
The mod adds significant visual and audio details to the Merchant model. Players will see the character perform idle animations and hear a replacement for the traditional 'Welcome' sound effect. A fire stand also appears nearby to complete the familiar atmosphere. The modder plans to release future updates that include additional dialogue lines and more complex animations.
