Riot Games is expanding the roster for League of Legends Classic with four new champions, giving players more options in the Bilgewater region. The update expands strategic options by introducing new abilities for players to utilize in the classic mode. These champions arrive later this month, providing new gameplay dynamics independent of the main game's seasonal schedule.

Four new Bilgewater champions expand strategic options in the classic mode

The four confirmed champions joining the Classic server are Graves, Fizz, Nami, and Nautilus. All of these characters originate from the Bilgewater region, bringing a cohesive thematic element to the new additions. Graves functions as a mobile marksman, whereas Fizz provides unpredictable melee combat. Nami offers robust support through healing and crowd control, while Nautilus serves as a durable tank capable of initiating engagements.

The new champions introduce distinct roles to the Classic roster, increasing flexibility in team composition. Graves introduces ranged pressure and map mobility, altering strategies for early-game skirmishes. Fizz’s abilities enable aggressive plays and escape mechanics, rewarding precise timing. Nami’s support tools facilitate sustained team fights, while Nautilus provides frontline presence and initiation options.

The update is scheduled for release later this month, though Riot has not provided an exact date yet. These champions will be available for purchase in the Classic store upon launch. We looked at the last League of Legends Classic update earlier while tracking Riot’s development patterns, and several of the same balance and stability themes came up. This new wave of champions continues the effort to refine the Classic experience.

Riot Games continues to expand League of Legends Classic by adding content for both veteran and new players. Adding Graves, Fizz, Nami, and Nautilus provides immediate variety in champion selection. Official patch notes will provide exact release timing and balance adjustments.
