Lenovo has introduced the IdeaPad Slim 5 13IWC11, a compact laptop designed for users who need long battery life without sacrificing display quality. This release matters because it brings Intel's newer Wildcat Lake platform to a portable form factor that fits easily into daily commutes or travel bags. Buyers looking for a lightweight machine with a high-refresh-rate screen now have a new option in the international market.

The device runs on Intel's Wildcat Lake architecture and comes equipped with an Intel Core 5 320 processor in its base configuration. The chassis measures 295.58 x 206.95 x 14.3 mm, making it a slim and portable choice for mobile professionals.

The machine houses a 54.7 Wh battery. Lenovo claims this battery lasts up to 24.7 hours when playing local 1080p videos at 150 nits brightness. This battery life claim targets users who need all-day endurance for media consumption or light work tasks away from power outlets.

Pricing varies by region, starting at 2,229 AUD (around $1,555) in Australia. The laptop is available in Hong Kong for 9,850 HKD (around $1,256), in Malaysia for 5,401 MYR (around $1,321), and in Singapore for 1,681 SGD (around $1,301). Lenovo is currently releasing the device in Australia, East Asia, and Southeast Asia. The company has not yet listed the laptop on its European or North American websites.
