Oppo adds Forest Green to the Find X10 smartphone lineup in China, starting at around $823. No hardware changes accompany the new color option.

Just a month after its launch, Oppo is releasing a new option for its Find X10 smartphone with a new color – Forest Green. This is a good change as it offers new aesthetic possibilities to the people who already own it or the people who are buying it for the first time. There are no changes to the hardware or software of this smartphone, so it is just a standard Oppo smartphone model.

New Forest Green color arrives in China on October 30 with unchanged hardware

So, now the users who want a bit darker color scheme and a bit of nature in it can see it. It also comes with the new shades like the original one which are Glacier Blue, Glow Coral, and Mist Grey.

Specifications

  • New Color: Forest Green
  • 12GB RAM + 256GB Price: CNY 5,499
  • 12GB RAM + 512GB Price: CNY 5,999
  • 16GB RAM + 512GB Price: CNY 6,499

Nothing new with the Find X10 smartphone, the internals or the display technology does not change. This new color is being introduced via the official Oppo Weibo, and it is primarily focused on China for now. So, it offers a standard hardware experience but the company can make the retail shelves fresh with new colors.

The Find X10 smartphone is now available in a new Forest Green color. There are three options for the RAM and storage combination that we have here. First, the base version with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

Next, there is a mid-tier option with 12GB of RAM, but the storage is doubled – 512GB. Lastly, the highest version has 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.

Talking about the price of these new color options for the Find X10 smartphone. The prices for it are following the standard tier list that the Find X10 has in China. So, for the 12GB+256GB model we are looking at a price of 5499 CNY (or around $823).

Next, the 12GB+512GB is for 5999 CNY (or around $898). The last and the highest one is 16GB+512GB model with the price of 6499 CNY (or around $973). So, it is following the price that we had for the original one, there is no premium for the new color.

As for the availability of this new Forest Green color, it is coming to China on October 30. Well, we do not know if this specific color will make it to the Europe and other regions. Initially, we had the same color options available for the Europe and China, but this one seems to be a China-only release for now. We have been following the Oppo Find X10 and you can check the earlier Oppo Find X10 Pro Max priced story.

Oppo has announced the release date and price via the official social media channels. So, this just tells us about the process where Chinese users can buy the new color from next month. No changes to the hardware or its performance from the original launch models.

Forest Green sounds nice. The Glacier Blue was already a solid choice though. ngl I prefer the muted tones.
