A community mod for Marvel's Spider-Man 2 lets players view the game from a first-person perspective on PC. The change alters camera behavior and adds settings to reduce motion sickness.
Modder Pcniado releases tool to replace third-person view with first-person camera and motion sickness settings.
The modification targets the January 2025 PC port of the title, which arrived on Steam as a functional but imperfect release. Players with low-end graphics cards already reported issues with that initial launch window.
Modder Pcniado built the tool to replace the standard third-person view with a first-person camera. The settings menu includes toggles for head tracking and roll or pitch effects. Users can also adjust rotation smoothing to control how fast the camera turns.
Default configurations may trigger motion sickness in average players, so disabling head rotation is recommended. The base game launched on PC in January 2025 with known performance issues on older hardware.
