Anker Solix has introduced the Solarbank 4 E5000 Pro, a new home energy storage system. The device offers a capacity of 5 kWh, nearly double that of its predecessor, the Solarbank 3 Pro.
Expansion battery adds 5 kWh increments
The system can be expanded with the BP5000 expansion battery, which adds 5 kWh increments up to a total of 30 kWh. It features four MPPTs and supports solar input up to 5,000 W, allowing connection of up to 12 solar modules. Grid-tied output reaches 2,500 W with professional installation, while off-grid output also delivers 2,500 W. Default grid-tied output is 800 W. The unit includes a display, AI-optimized control, dynamic tariff support, the Anka voice assistant, and open APIs.

The Solarbank 4 E5000 Pro has an MSRP of 1999 EUR (about $2,335). The BP5000 expansion battery is priced at 1399 EUR (about $1,634). An early-bird promotion offers a 25% discount from May 12 to June 11, 2026, with codes redeemable from June 12 to June 21, 2026.
The Solarbank 4 Pro retains familiar features such as AI-optimized control with the new Smart Meter Gen 2 and support for dynamic electricity tariffs. Anker Solix has not confirmed a general release date beyond the early-bird redemption window.
