Bandai Namco and Dimps released a new trailer titled 'Fight Your Way' for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3. This update gives fans a clearer look at the upcoming sequel before its scheduled 2027 launch. The trailer highlights the game's focus on deep character customization and combat variety.
Sequel adds Android race and deep combat customization ahead of 2027 launch
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3 arrives on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, and PC via Steam. Players create a custom Avatar to fight through the Dragon Ball universe. The game features six unique Avatar races, including a brand new Android race that was not available in previous entries.
The core gameplay revolves around extensive combat customization options. Players can tailor their fighting style using Fighting Styles, Soul Assist, Awoken Skills, Soul Switch, and various Abilities. This system allows for significant personalization of how each character moves, transforms, and attacks in battle.
The game includes more than 130 characters for players to learn from. This roster includes both playable fighters and non-playable characters that serve as instructors. We looked at Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Final DLC earlier while tracking Bandai Namco launches.
