The new map layout allows for a more fast paced and character-focused experience that's the cornerstone of this new season.

Refillable chests give a steady stream of loot and the Golden Apple that offers 40 Effective Health keeps you in the fight longer. Removing economic complexity and focusing on mechanical combat.
New icons have been introduced for the rewards of Ranked Season. The Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite, and Unreal ranks are easily identified with a unique icon so competitive players can see their accomplishments in a new light. Vaulting gold bars is a relief. The economy was too complex. 80 players on Crossbones Isle makes sense for the One Piece collab. Fast pacing is the new standard.
Does the new Ranked Season icon system actually help with visibility in the lobby? I always mixed up Platinum and Diamond before. The Golden Apple giving 40 effective health sounds useful for survival too.
