Lenovo has unveiled the ThinkStation P4, a new desktop workstation designed for high-performance computing tasks. The company announced the system on May 22, 2024, positioning it as a powerful solution for professional workloads. The machine targets users who require substantial processing power and memory capacity for demanding applications.

System ships with Windows 11 Pro, Ubuntu Linux, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux support

The workstation features an PRO 675 chipset motherboard paired with a Ryzen 9 PRO 9965X3D processor. It supports up to 256 GB of DDR5 RAM running at 6,400 MT/s across four DIMM slots. Storage options allow for up to 48 TB of capacity, distributed among three M.2 and three 3.5-inch drive slots.

Lenovo plans to launch the ThinkStation P4 globally in June 2026. The company has not revealed any pricing information for the new workstation at this time. This delay in pricing disclosure suggests that final costs will be determined closer to the release date.
