Wavlink is growing the Thunderbolt 5 ecosystem with the launch of BlitZDockM. The latter is a docking station that features high-speed storage directly in the hub. The reason why this feature is important is that users can add their own M.2 SSD inside the dock.
The 15-in-1 hub supports user-installed M.2 SSDs and 8K displays
This makes the whole thing act like a super-fast external drive. The dock will be useful for people who require rapid access to big files or wish to free up storage space on their primary laptops.

The BlitZDockM is a 15-in-1 Thunderbolt 5 compliant gadget. It has a single upstream TB5 port. This will be used to connect the dock to the host computer.
The single cable takes care of data transfer, video and power delivery at once. Moreover, the dock is capable of supporting multiple high-res displays thanks to dedicated video ports.
Wavlink's BlitZDockM features an M.2 slot for PCIe 4.0×4 SSD. According to the company, the user-added drive is capable of delivering read speeds of 6,200 MB/s and write speeds of 5,900 MB/s. Besides, the dock comes with two downstream Thunderbolt 5 ports for extra high bandwidth connections. Additionally, two HDMI ports are available on the dock, capable of outputting up to 8K at 60Hz.
Furthermore, there is an upstream port that offers PD charging up to 140W. In terms of network, the dock has a 2.5GbE port. The back end features three 10Gbps USB-A ports and one 10Gbps USB-C for peripherals.
Besides, you get dedicated slots for SD and TF cards for media card access. Lastly, there's a 3.5mm jack for audio.
The BlitZDockM will be released globally in late December 2026. Wavlink has not shared a concrete price point yet for the docking station. However, it currently has the model identifier as WL-UTD62M.
