Ugreen has released the PB728 power bank in China, targeting travelers who need to charge high-power laptops without carrying a separate wall adapter. The 25,000mAh battery provides 90Wh of energy, which meets the standard limit for airline carry-on luggage. This means users can keep their devices powered during flights without checking their bags.

High-capacity charger ships in China with built-in cables and airline compliance

The device features a robust chassis made from PC and ABS plastics with a V-0 flame-retardant rating. It measures 158 x 54 x 50mm and weighs 623g. A color display on the front panel shows real-time battery levels and charging speeds.

Specifications

  • Battery Capacity: 25,000mAh
  • Total Output: 200W
  • Weight: 623g
  • Energy Rating: 90Wh
  • Input Power: 100W

Ugreen claims a total output of 200W across all ports and built-in cables. The standard USB-C port delivers up to 100W, and both built-in cables can also provide 100W individually. A single USB-A port is capped at 33W for smaller devices.

The PB728 includes two built-in USB-C cables: a 65cm retractable wire and a 30cm lanyard-style cable. Xiaomi smartphones can charge at up to 90W using the MiPPS fast-charging protocol over the USB-C outputs. The unit supports 100W input through the main USB-C port for rapid recharging.

Ugreen lists the PB728 in China for 359 yuan (around $52.78). The power bank is currently available for purchase in the Chinese market only. Buyers looking for a high-capacity, airline-compliant charger with built-in cables should note the regional availability.
