RayNeo has announced the RayNeo GT Max AR smart glasses, which will launch in China on May 27, 2026. The company claims these are the first augmented reality glasses to receive Dolby Vision certification. This feature distinguishes the device from previous models that only supported HDR10 standards.
New wearable device features upgraded field of view and dual chipsets
The new glasses offer a 59-degree field of view, an upgrade over the 47-degree display found in the RayNeo Air 4 Pro. The device weighs 78 grams and uses the Vision4000 and Zone360 chipsets to handle spatial computing tasks. Audio output includes enhancements from Bang & Olufsen.
RayNeo has not disclosed pricing for the new hardware. The company confirmed availability only in China, with a launch date set for late May 2026.
The RayNeo GT Max targets users seeking immersive media consumption and gaming experiences through wearable displays. The addition of Dolby Vision certification aims to improve dynamic metadata support for higher quality visuals compared to static HDR formats.
RayNeo shared these specifications through teaser announcements on Weibo. The brand has not yet confirmed the final retail price or expanded regional availability beyond China.
