Actor Kumail Nanjiani has suggested that Naughty Dog's upcoming game, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophecy, may launch in a couple of years. The statement was made during a podcast appearance in late 2025 and resurfaced in May 2026.
Actor hints at launch window
Nanjiani, who plays the character Colin Graves in the game, said, "I did do another one that's going to come out in a couple of years, a Naughty Dog one that's going to be really, really good." The comment points to a potential release window of 2028 to 2029.
Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophecy is a new sci-fi IP from Naughty Dog, the studio known for the Uncharted and The Last of Us series. The game was announced earlier without a specific release date.
Naughty Dog has not officially confirmed the release window. The actor's remarks remain the only indication of when the game might arrive.
