HP has released the EliteBook 8 G2i 13, a compact business laptop now available in Europe. HP designed the EliteBook 8 G2i 13 for business users seeking dependable computing power in a compact form factor that maintains a spacious display area.

The new model features an Intel Core Ultra 7 355 processor from the Panther Lake family. This eight-core chip includes a four-core Xe3 integrated GPU that HP claims outperforms the graphics found in previous Arrow Lake-based EliteBook models.

HP paired the processor with a 62 Wh battery supporting up to 100 W charging. The laptop measures 301.8 x 214.9 x 11.8~15.5 mm and weighs just 1.31 kg. It includes a 13.3-inch IPS display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, 1200p resolution, and 100% sRGB color coverage.
Display brightness varies by region. The UK configuration offers up to 800 nits peak brightness, while the Eurozone version is capped at 400 nits. HP sells the base model with 16 GB of LPDDR5X-8533 RAM and a 512 GB SSD. A higher-end variant with 32 GB of RAM is also available.
Pricing starts at £1,537 GBP (about $2,069) in the UK for the base configuration. The Eurozone version costs €2,497 EUR (about $2,904). HP lists a 32 GB RAM model for £1,889 GBP (about $2,543) in the UK.
HP currently sells the EliteBook 8 G2i 13 exclusively through European and UK stores. The company has not yet listed the device on other regional websites.
