The final version of the Medal of Honor 1999 fan remake is now available. Version 1.1 brings a cut mission back as additional content. This release marks the end of the project.

Version 1.1 adds a cut mission as bonus content.

Developer Elber created this Unreal Engine 4 remake of the classic 1999 first-person shooter. The remake lets players experience the entire original game with modern graphics. It is a fan project, not an official release.

Version 1.1 includes numerous tweaks and improvements based on community feedback. The exact changelog is not available, but the update refines gameplay and visuals. The remake covers all missions from the original Medal of Honor.

Elber confirms no further updates are planned.

The added cut mission was previously removed from the original game. It now appears as bonus content in the remake. Players can download the final version worldwide.
