Batman: Arkham Asylum now runs officially on Steam Deck without requiring community workarounds. This verification removes the friction of manual configuration for handheld owners who want to play the classic title. Buyers can finally launch the game directly from their library with guaranteed compatibility.
Warner Bros title now runs at 60 FPS without manual tweaks
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment published the Game of the Year Edition, which is now certified for the Valve handheld. The game previously operated on the device through user tweaks but lacked official support. The sequel, Batman: Arkham City, also recently received this same Verified badge.
- Steam Deck Verified Status: Verified
- Performance: 60 FPS
- Battery Life: 3-3.5 hours
The game maintains a steady 60 FPS throughout the entire experience on the Steam Deck. Players can expect approximately 3 to 3.5 hours of battery life during standard play. These metrics meet the platform's performance standards for verified titles.
The GOTY Edition costs $19.99 on Steam, while the standard version is available for $2.49 on Fanatical. We looked at the last Batman: Arkham Asylum update earlier while tracking similar platform improvements.
The official verification confirms stable performance and battery efficiency for Steam Deck users. The certification applies to the GOTY Edition available on Steam and the base game on Fanatical.
