Vivo V70 Lite Launches in UAE with Dimensity 7400 Turbo and 6,500 mAh Battery

Daniel Cross 2 min read

The Vivo V70 Lite launches in the UAE featuring a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo, 6.77-inch AMOLED screen, and 6,500 mAh battery for mid-range users.

The Vivo V70 Lite arrives as a mid-range smartphone from Vivo, targeting users who need long battery life and bright screens without paying flagship prices. The device replaces the V60 Lite in Vivo's lineup and focuses on practical upgrades rather than cutting-edge performance.

Mid-range smartphone features MediaTek processor and large display for everyday use

Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo processor and paired with 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM, the phone handles everyday tasks smoothly. Storage options go up to 256 GB using UFS 3.1 drives, though there is no slot for microSD expansion.

Specifications

  • Processor: MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo
  • RAM: 8 GB LPDDR4X
  • Storage: up to 256 GB UFS 3.1 (no expansion)
  • Display: 6.77-inch AMOLED, 2392 x 1080 pixels, 120 Hz, 3,000 nits peak brightness
  • Rear Camera: 50 MP Sony IMX882 main + 8 MP ultrawide

The standout feature is its 6.77-inch AMOLED display, which supports a 120 Hz refresh rate and reaches 3,000 nits of peak brightness. The screen also includes HDR10+ support and SGS Low Blue Light certification to reduce eye strain during long viewing sessions.

Camera duties are split between a 50 MP Sony IMX882 main sensor, an 8 MP ultrawide lens, and a 32 MP front-facing camera for selfies. The phone runs Android 16-based OriginOS 6 out of the box and includes dual stereo speakers with bypass charging support.

At 7.59 mm thick and weighing around 194 grams, the V70 Lite offers a comfortable grip while housing a massive 6,500 mAh battery. It supports 90 W wired charging but lacks wireless charging capabilities, and it carries an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance.

In the UAE, the Vivo V70 Lite is now available with two storage configurations. The 8 GB + 128 GB model costs AED 1,099 (approximately $299), while the 8 GB + 256 GB variant is priced at AED 1,299 (about $354). Vivo has not yet announced software support timelines for the device.
