Riot Games has released Riftbound: Unleashed, the third set for the League of Legends Trading Card Game. The jungle-themed expansion launched globally on May 6, 2026. Players can now access the new cards across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and Oceania.
Set features over 220 cards including 12 new champions
The set features over 220 cards, including more than 40 Showcase cards. It introduces 12 new champions to the game. The roster includes Diana, Ivern, Jihn, Kha'Zix, Leblanc, Lillia, Master Yi, Poppy, Pyke, Rengar, Vex, and Vi.
Unleashed brings three new mechanics to the table. The XP system allows players to spend resources to power up abilities and level up units. The Hunt mechanic rewards players for conquering or holding battlefields to earn XP. The Ambush mechanic lets players play units as reactions to swarm opponents.
Cards from the Unleashed set are playable at upcoming Regional Qualifiers. These events span across North America, EMEA, and the APAC region. The release marks a significant update for competitive players in these areas.
Riot Games has not confirmed specific pricing for the product. The company has not disclosed availability details for regions outside the four listed territories.
