Leaked tempered glass reveals the Galaxy S27 series will feature four models, with the Ultra reaching 6.89 inches and up to 16GB RAM. Specs remain tentative due to rising costs.

Samsung’s Flagship Refresh: Galaxy S27 Series Coming, Leaked Physical Parts Aler Physical parts that have been leaked point to Samsung preparing to refresh their flagship series in the form of the Galaxy S27. Leaked sizes suggest Samsung is making some changes to screen sizes across all models. These are the physical sizes of the devices and that will impact the usability of the device when using it one-handed and case support. We’re monitoring the changes in hardware to see how the new series compare to their predecessors.

Leaked dimensions and tentative specs for the upcoming Samsung flagship series

It’s looking like the S27 series will have 4 distinct models: Galaxy S27, S27+, S27 Pro, and S27 Ultra. We’ve had some leaks from sources kro_roe and WalleGalaxy that have leaked tempered glass screen protectors with the physical dimensions of the front of the handsets. We’re expecting the standard Galaxy S27 model to come with a 6.27-inch screen size.

Spec comparison

Spec Galaxy S27 Galaxy S27+ Galaxy S27 Ultra
Display Size 6.27 inches 6.66 inches 6.89 inches
RAM 8GB or 12GB 8GB or 12GB 12GB or 16GB
Storage 256GB or 512GB 256GB or 512GB 256GB or 512GB or 1TB

For the S27+, there’s a leak that suggests it’ll be 6.66-inches. The Ultra model might jump up to a massive 6.89-inch screen size. There also appear to be rumors that a Galaxy S27 Pro could be on the way. This would have a 6.47-inch display size.

When it comes to memory and storage, things are a bit uncertain at the moment. Costs are rising for components and there are supply chain issues. For the basic S27 and S27+, we’re looking at 8GB or 12GB of RAM and then 256GB or 512GB of storage options.

For the higher models, we should expect better. That means the S27 Pro and S27 Ultra could have up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. There are some struggles with Samsung trying to deal with the changes in costs. Because of this, the RAM and storage options aren’t 100% finalized yet.

We have talked about the rumored starting prices for the Galaxy S27 and S27 Plus in the past. We know that it’s expected they’ll still be priced at $899 and $1,099. That’s what we had in the previous leaks with the Galaxy S27 and S27 Plus rumored pricing.

So we can use that as a reference for these new hardware leaks. It’s expected the Galaxy S27 series of phones will come out in early 2027. That gives consumers some time to see how these things will impact the final product.

For now, the only things we know for sure are the estimated screen sizes and the tentative memory configurations for these 4 models that they plan on making. Samsung hasn’t officially announced any specs yet. So we’ll have to keep in mind that the hardware is still subject to change as they deal with costs.

So whatever the final products end up looking like, we can expect them to have the sizes and storage tiers from these initial leaks. They’re expected to launch globally in early 2027.
