Ready or Not players can now build and share their own tactical scenarios with the release of Version 1.5. This update matters because it transforms the game from a strictly scripted experience into a platform for user-generated content. The Mission Editor gives creators direct control over AI behavior and level design, which changes how we approach replayability.
New tools let players build custom tactical scenarios
The update launches today for all platforms under the version number 1.001.008. VOID Interactive developed this patch to bring advanced creation tools to the tactical shooter. Console players receive this same update alongside the PC release.
The core of this release is the new Mission Editor. It features Basic and Advanced tabs that let users tweak AI logic and engineering elements. You can test these custom missions in both Singleplayer and Multiplayer Friends-Only Lobbies.

The patch also includes a free Triple Weapon Pack with cosmetic styles. This pack adds the MK-V 'HC' pistol, the 590M 'FDE' shotgun, and the M32A1 'LSPD' rotary grenade launcher. The developers also fixed numerous bugs related to AI, animations, and the user interface.
The update is available globally as of September 3, 2024. There is no additional cost for the Mission Editor or the weapon pack. We can now expect a wave of community-created scenarios to appear in the game's library.
