Players tracking the upcoming release of Grand Theft Auto 6 have a new piece of speculation to follow. A social media user claims to have spotted a hidden reference to the television series Dexter within the game world. This theory suggests Rockstar Games is embedding pop culture nods into Vice City before the title ships.
Social media user claims visual match between game assets and TV show setting
The rumor centers on a specific location inside the game map. User Saukko505 posted that a modified version of Dexter Morgan's apartment appears in the environment. The claim relies on visual similarities between the game assets and the show's setting.
Rockstar Games has not verified this detail in any official communication. The studio has provided no confirmation that the apartment exists in the final build. Fans are currently debating the accuracy of the visual match based on leaked imagery.
