Ugreen has expanded its portable power options with the Nexode 45W GaN charger, now available at Costco. This release matters because it offers a compact, integrated cable solution for travelers who want to reduce the number of loose adapters in their bags. The charger ships exclusively as a two-pack, which lowers the per-unit cost for users who need spares or want to outfit multiple devices.

The device features a unique form factor that combines a retractable USB-C cable with two additional ports. One built-in USB-C port and one fixed USB-C port each deliver up to 45W of power. A third USB-A port provides 22.5W of output when used alone. This configuration allows users to charge three devices simultaneously, though the system reduces speeds across all ports when multiple devices are connected.

Specifications

  • Power Output (USB-C built-in): 45 W
  • Power Output (USB-A): 22.5 W
  • Ports: 1x USB-C (built-in retractable), 1x USB-C, 1x USB-A
  • Cable Length: 69 cm (27.2 inches)
  • Dimensions: 2.1 x 2.0 x 2.1 inches (53.1 x 50.3 x 53.1 mm)

Ugreen built this charger using Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology to keep the footprint small. The unit measures 2.1 x 2.0 x 2.1 inches and weighs approximately 0.44 lbs. The integrated USB-C cable extends up to 69 cm, offering enough reach for most desk or travel setups. It supports USB PD 3.0 and PPS standards, ensuring compatibility with modern smartphones and laptops that require fast charging protocols.

The charger is currently available for purchase at Costco in the United States. Costco lists the two-pack for 49.99 USD (around $49.99). Customers cannot buy the unit as a single item or find it on Amazon through this specific release. We touched on Ugreen Nexode Air 65W Charger Now in our earlier Ugreen coverage, noting that this 45W model fills a niche for lighter, more portable charging needs.

The Nexode 45W GaN charger is a practical accessory for users who prioritize cable management and portability. It provides a reliable 45W output for primary devices while offering secondary ports for phones or tablets. The Costco exclusive pricing makes it a viable option for bulk buyers or those looking to replace worn-out charging cables.
