Vivo has introduced the S60t smartphone in China, bringing a massive 7,200mAh battery to a mid-range device. The 7,200mAh battery provides extended usage time for users who rely on their phones for long days away from power outlets. The Vivo S60t launch addresses a growing demand for battery endurance in devices that do not typically include high-capacity cells.

The phone runs on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 mobile platform and ships with OriginOS 7 based on Android 17. It features a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 2750 x 1260 resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The screen also supports a 300Hz touch sampling rate for responsive interaction.

Vivo paired the processor with 12GB of RAM and storage options up to 512GB. The camera system includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with OIS. A 50-megapixel front camera with autofocus handles selfies.

The device measures 157.52 x 74.33mm and reaches up to 207 grams in weight. It carries IP68 and IP69 protection ratings for dust and water resistance. The phone supports 90W wired fast charging to replenish the large battery.
Vivo lists the S60t at CNY 3,599 (around $536) for the base configuration and CNY 3,999 (around $596) for higher storage tiers. The company has not yet announced international availability for the device.
The Vivo S60t launch follows Vivo's recent focus on integrating high-capacity batteries into its mid-range lineup. The S60t positions itself as a durable option for users prioritizing battery life and camera versatility over flagship processing power.
