A new psychological horror title is shifting platforms, which matters to players who prefer atmospheric tension over action. tinyBuild has acquired the publishing rights for Road to Jukai, a game that explores fear through isolation. This acquisition moves the project from development to a wider market release, giving gamers a concrete date to watch on their calendars.
tinyBuild acquires publishing rights for the psychological horror title
The game places players in the role of a night-shift taxi driver navigating a haunted Japanese forest. Developed by Endflame, the experience is described as a first-person psychological horror. Players transport passengers between small towns while the environment closes in around them.
tinyBuild previously published Silent Road, the earlier title for this project. The game is scheduled for release on PC via Steam in 2027. A playtest is currently available for those who want to experience the atmosphere before the full launch.
The narrative focuses on the psychological toll of driving through a vast, haunted forest. Players must manage the tension of transporting passengers through eerie small towns. The setting provides a backdrop for horror that relies on mood rather than combat.
