Under the hood, numerous Vulkan fixes address validation errors and synchronization issues that previously caused rendering artifacts or crashes. GPU synchronization hazards, stale memory handling bugs, and write-after-write scenarios have been resolved to improve presentation stability during intensive gameplay sequences.
The shader recompiler and GCN decoder have received significant upgrades to better support PlayStation 4 Pro features, enhancing visual fidelity in compatible titles. These backend improvements reduce texture quality issues caused by mipmapping errors and ensure smoother frame pacing across supported games.
