Nvidia recently introduced DLSS 4.5 to GeForce now cloud gaming. This means that at lower resolutions you will get improved visuals. This is a significant change as this will allow you to gain access to more advanced upscaling options if you are a subscriber who uses the standard display settings when playing games.

RTX 5080 Ultimate subscribers gain exclusive 4x dynamic frame multiplier
This includes introducing DLSS overrides. This allows you to force the settings on basically any game that supports DLSS. This will give you more control over how the game looks without needing to update the game itself.
This update is centered around DLSS 4.5 and new DLSS override presets being incorporated into the GeForce Now platform. NVIDIA mentions that DLSS 4.5 is using more complex AI models which means that you will get better visuals (higher fidelity) than you do with DLSS 4.0. They are also introducing the DLSS overrides which include Preset K, M, and L which are for upscaling. This will allow you to have specific settings for upscaling to use across the library.
One important feature included here is the introduction of Multi-frame Generation. This is only for RTX 5080 Ultimate subscribers. This allows you to use a 4x frame multiplier but only on dynamic mode.
This does not support static frame generation. NVIDIA did confirm that there was no benefit to users in testing 5x and 6x multipliers. This is to ensure that there are stable performance boosts that look good for high-tier subscribers.
The DLSS 4.5 update provides enhanced visuals at lower resolutions. This is better than DLSS 4.0 because of the more complex AI models which allow you to have better visual fidelity (higher visual quality). RTX 5080 Ultimate users on GeForce Now can now take advantage of Multi-frame generation. But for all other users, there are improved DLSS overrides and a general improvement to the visuals because of DLSS 4.5.
NVIDIA officially introduced DLSS 4.5 to the GeForce Now Cloud Gaming service. This update includes DLSS overrides and multi-frame generation. This means that RTX 5080 Ultimate users now have access to the 4x dynamic frame multiplier. Other than that, the library gets an upscaling boost with DLSS 4.5 and DLSS override presets.
