Lava has entered the UK smartphone market with the Agni 4N, marking the company's first device launch in the region. This move gives British buyers access to a mid-range Android phone that prioritizes raw hardware specs over custom software skins. The device appeals to users who want a clean Android experience without paying premium prices for flagship-tier components.

The Agni 4N runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset paired with 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM. It ships with 256GB of fast UFS 4.0 storage and runs stock Android 16 out of the box. This configuration targets users who prefer a bloat-free interface and fast data access speeds.

Specifications

  • Display: 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED, 120Hz, 2400 nits peak, 10-bit color
  • Chipset: MediaTek Dimensity 8350
  • RAM: 8GB LPDDR5X
  • Storage: 256GB UFS 4.0
  • OS: Stock Android 16

The 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display supports a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches 2400 nits of peak brightness. The phone includes a 50-megapixel OIS primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a matching 50-megapixel front camera. A 5000mAh battery supports 66W wired charging, which Lava claims fills the battery to 50% in under 19 minutes.

Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, and USB Type-C 3.2. The device also features an IR blaster, NFC, and an IP64 dust and water resistance rating. Gorilla Glass protection and Wet Touch Control add durability for daily use. The Agni 4N is a tweaked version of the Agni 4, adding NFC support to the previous model's feature set.

Lava prices the 8GB+256GB configuration at 499 GBP (around $676) in the UK. The phone goes on sale through Amazon UK starting September 4. This pricing positions the device as a competitive option in the mid-range segment, offering high-end specs at a moderate cost.
