A leaked PCB image has revealed 's next data-center GPU, codenamed Crescent Island. The board shows a large Xe3P GPU die and a memory configuration that differs from typical server accelerators.

Leaked PCB shows Xe3P die and memory layout

Crescent Island features 160GB of LPDDR5X memory spread across 20 memory sites, with 12 on the front and 8 on the back. Intel chose LPDDR5X over HBM for cost and power reasons. The PCB includes a 12V-2×6 power connector and 18 VRM positions, 13 of which appear populated.

Customer sampling for Crescent Island is planned for the second half of 2026.

The leak, shared by YuuKi_AnS and reported by Wccftech, does not confirm final clocks, power limits, or performance figures. Intel has not officially commented on the product.
