Honor has opened pre-orders for the Band 11 series in China, introducing a lineup that expands beyond the standard model to include Pro and Pro GPS editions. This update matters because the new Pro GPS Edition marks the first time the Honor Band line includes an independent GPS chip, allowing users to track outdoor runs without carrying their phones. The addition of dedicated badminton mode and enhanced sleep health tracking also targets specific fitness and wellness needs that previous iterations missed.

The new devices retain the slim profile of the Band 10 while adding significant internal upgrades. The standard Band 11, the Pro variant, and the new Pro GPS Edition all feature a 1.57-inch AMOLED display with a 256×402 resolution. The body measures just 8.99mm thick and weighs about 22.1 grams with the strap attached, maintaining the lightweight feel that defines the series.

The Pro series extends that endurance to up to 26 days, offering longer intervals between charges for heavier users. The Pro GPS Edition stands out as the first Honor Band model to include an independent GPS chip, a hardware change that supports the longer battery life claims by offloading location tracking from the main processor.

Health and fitness features have been broadened across the entire lineup. All models now support 96 sports modes in total, including 11 professional modes and 85 customizable options. The series introduces the Honor Heart Health Research feature, which can flag possible atrial fibrillation and screen for signs of sleep apnea risk. Sleep health tracking is also a new standard addition to the device suite.

Pre-orders are currently open in China, though specific pricing details remain unavailable as the window continues.
