Forza Horizon 6 has set a new series record for concurrent players on . The game reached 172,093 concurrent players during early access, according to SteamDB. That is more than double the peak of 81,096 players achieved by Forza Horizon 5 at launch.

Japan setting and early access drive record numbers

The game is set in Japan, a location that fans have long requested. Playground Games developed the title. The full launch is scheduled for May 19, 2026.

Players who purchase the 120 USD edition can access the game during early access. The standard edition pricing has not been detailed.
