Behaviour Interactive releases patch 3.74 with new survivor and bug fixes

The update arrives as version 10.0.1, carrying the internal patch number 3.74/10.000.100. Behaviour Interactive deployed this version globally to ensure all players have access to the new content simultaneously. The new survivor, Shane Wiggwaas, becomes available for selection on June 25 at 11:00 AM Eastern. This timing aligns with the start of the 10th Anniversary Black Banquet event.

Shane Wiggwaas brings three distinct perks to the game: Wide Open Throttle, Lend a Hand, and Cross-Examination. These abilities offer new strategic options for survivors trying to escape the killer. The patch also addresses numerous technical issues reported by the community. Fixes target audio delays, visual glitches for The Slasher and The First, and map collision problems.

The update includes extensive bug fixes for characters, maps, perks, and the user interface. These changes aim to improve overall game stability and fairness. We looked at the last dead by daylight update earlier while tracking balance and stability themes. The current patch continues that focus by resolving specific technical disruptions that affected gameplay.
