Battlestate Games has announced the development of three new titles set within the Escape from Tarkov universe. Nikita Buyanov, the head of the studio, revealed that the company is expanding its portfolio beyond the core multiplayer experience. The announcement confirms that the studio is actively working on distinct projects to complement the existing franchise.

Unnamed mobile game will not be a direct port of the base game

The first new title is an unnamed mobile game. The studio clarified that this project will not be a direct port of the base game. Instead, it represents a separate development effort tailored for mobile platforms. The second project is an unnamed single-player game. This title will be rooted in the Tarkov universe but will release as an episodic series rather than a standalone campaign.

The third announced project is Escape from Tarkov: Guncyclopedia. This free-to-play application is scheduled to launch on this year. The game focuses on weapon-building mechanics and allows players to demo weapons in various shooting environments. Users can experiment with attachments and gadgets, with the potential to port their custom builds back into the main game. The team also suggested that a virtual reality version of Guncyclopedia could emerge in the future, though this remains unconfirmed.

Battlestate Games is also advancing the console version of Escape from Tarkov. The team is currently in discussions with multiple companies regarding porting the game to PlayStation and Xbox platforms. These console versions remain in development as the studio explores partnerships with major hardware manufacturers.

The studio has not provided specific release dates for the mobile and single-player titles. Only the Guncyclopedia release window is confirmed for the current year. The exact nature of the console partnerships and the structure of the episodic single-player series remain to be detailed by the developer.
