Bigme has added a 12GB RAM variant to its B10 E Ink tablet lineup in China, offering more memory for multitasking without changing the device's core hardware. This update targets users who need extra headroom for Android apps and reading workflows on the color E Ink display. The new configuration is available now for buyers in China, while the company has not confirmed international availability for this specific model.
New configuration offers more memory for multitasking
The tablet runs Android 14 and features a 10.3-inch E Ink Kaleido 3 screen that supports color content. Bigme equips the device with a 2.6GHz octa-core processor and a 6,900mAh battery to support daily use. Connectivity options include 4G LTE with voice call support, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.3 for wireless peripherals.
Specifications
- RAM: 12GB
- Storage: 256GB expandable
- Display: 10.3-inch E Ink Kaleido 3
- Processor: 2.6GHz octa-core
- Battery: 6,900mAh
The new 12GB RAM model costs CNY 5,399, which is around $793. Buyers in select regions can reduce the price to CNY 4,559.05, or approximately $669, by claiming national subsidies. The original 8GB RAM version remains available globally for around $594 and retains the same 256GB of expandable storage and identical processor specifications as the new variant.
Bigme has not announced plans to release the 12GB RAM version outside of China. The company currently lists only the 8GB configuration for international markets. This means readers outside of China must choose between the standard memory configuration or waiting for a potential future global launch that has not been confirmed.
