Valve updated the Steam Deck compatibility list this week. The handheld now carries Verified and Playable badges for several new titles. These ratings show how well games run on the device out of the box.
Valve adds six verified titles to the handheld compatibility list this week
The latest update covers six games with Verified status. Directive 8020, Rue Valley, Snacktorio, Tour de France 2026, Skull and Bones, and 868-BACK all received the green checkmark. Three other titles earned Playable badges instead.
007 First Light, Voidling Bound, and NBA The Run landed on the Playable list. SteamDeckHQ notes that these games need minor fixes to run smoothly. Small in-game text, wrong controller icons, or manual virtual keyboard steps cause the lower rating.
Some of these titles launch soon. Voidling Bound and NBA The Run release on June 9th, 2026. Snacktorio runs a discount until June 18th, 2026. Prices for individual games range from $7.19 to $69.99 USD depending on the title.
Verified or Playable badges do not guarantee perfect performance. SteamDeckHQ warns that some games still require manual tweaks to optimize well. Players may need to adjust settings even after seeing a green checkmark.
