A leaked PCB image has revealed Intel's next data-center GPU, codenamed Crescent Island. The board shows a large Xe3P GPU die and a memory configuration that differs from typical server accelerators.

Crescent Island features 160GB of LPDDR5X memory spread across 20 memory sites, with 12 on the front and 8 on the back. Intel chose LPDDR5X over HBM for cost and power reasons. The PCB includes a 12V-2×6 power connector and 18 VRM positions, 13 of which appear populated.
