IKEA is adding a small Bluetooth speaker to its audio lineup, and the device targets listeners who want a low-cost way to integrate music into their home without complex setup. The Badkruka model brings Spotify integration directly to a physical button, which simplifies playback for users who prefer tactile controls over smartphone apps. This approach appeals to buyers who value convenience and want to keep their phones out of the way while listening to music.
Compact ABS plastic speaker with Spotify button and stereo pairing
The speaker is built from ABS plastic and polycarbonate, giving it a sturdy yet lightweight feel. It comes in two color options: black and pink. The device measures 16 x 16 x 17.5 cm (6.3 x 6.3 x 6.9 inches), making it compact enough to sit on a shelf or bathroom counter. The device features a minimalist design consistent with standard IKEA furniture aesthetics.

Connectivity relies on Bluetooth, and the unit includes a dedicated Spotify Tap button for instant music playback.
