Lenovo has released the ThinkTab 11S in China, targeting budget-conscious buyers who need a reliable Android tablet for work or study. This release matters because it brings a high-resolution 90Hz display to an affordable price point, making it a practical option for students and professionals on a tight budget.

Rebranded tablet with 2.5K 90Hz display and 128GB storage

The ThinkTab 11S is a direct rebrand of the Lenovo Tab K11 Gen 2, meaning buyers in China get identical hardware to those in global markets. It runs ZUX OS based on Android 16, offering a fresh software foundation for this mid-range device.

Specifications

  • Display: 11-inch LCD, 2,560 x 1,600 resolution, 276 PPI, 90Hz refresh rate, 500 nits brightness
  • Processor: MediaTek Dimensity 6300 (2x Cortex-A76 @ 2.4 GHz, 6x Cortex-A55 @ 2.0 GHz)
  • Memory: 8 GB LPDDR4X RAM
  • Storage: 128 GB UFS 2.2, expandable by 1 TB via microSD
  • Battery: 7,040mAh, 20W PD 3.0 charging

The tablet features an 11-inch LCD panel with a 2,560 by 1,600 pixel resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, which combines two Cortex-A76 cores with six Cortex-A55 cores for efficient performance.

Users get 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB of UFS 2.2 storage, which can be expanded by up to 1 TB using a microSD card. The device includes a 7,040mAh battery with 20W charging support and weighs just 485 grams, making it lightweight for daily carry.

The ThinkTab 11S is now available in China for CNY 1,899, which is around $282. We looked at Lenovo Legion Y700 Infinite Rumored to in our earlier Lenovo coverage, but this new tablet offers a distinct value proposition for users who prioritize screen quality and battery life over gaming performance.
