Amazon is integrating its Luna game streaming service directly into the Prime Video app, adding a dedicated Games tab to help members discover included titles more easily.

Amazon is making its Luna game streaming service easier to find by integrating it directly into the Prime Video app. This change removes the need for Prime members to hunt down a separate application to access their included game library. Users can now discover and launch titles with fewer clicks, turning a hidden benefit into a visible feature within the streaming interface they already use daily.

Prime members can now access the rotating game library directly within the streaming interface without downloading a separate application.

The update introduces a dedicated Games tab inside the Prime Video application on Fire TV devices. This structural change places game discovery alongside movie and TV show browsing, aligning with Amazon's goal of natural content discovery. The integration targets the UK market first, with plans to expand to other regions and device types in the future.

Prime members can access the rotating library of games without downloading a separate Luna app. The current library includes major titles such as Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Death Stranding: Director’s Cut, and Fortnite. This consolidation means subscribers do not need to manage multiple apps to play the games included with their membership.

Jeff Gattis, GM of Gaming at Amazon, stated that games have been harder to find than they should be for many users. He explained that bringing Luna inside Prime Video allows members to discover games more naturally and spend less time searching. The company aims to reduce friction so members can click and play immediately upon finding a title they like.

We looked at the last Luna update while tracking similar balance and stability themes in the service. That previous update added two free GOG games for Prime members, expanding the library before this interface overhaul. The current integration focuses on accessibility rather than adding new content, though the existing catalog remains the primary draw.
