Vivo is offering the X300 Ultra in two distinct versions: a Chinese model and a European model. The Chinese variant is significantly cheaper, priced well under €1,300 for the 16GB/1TB configuration, while the European model costs around €2,000. However, the lower price comes with trade-offs in software and regional support.
Chinese model undercuts European price by €700
Both models share similar hardware and network band support. The Chinese version includes a fast-charging adapter and offers more color and storage options. However, it lacks Wear OS integration and eSIM support in Europe. Additionally, Google Location Services may not work reliably on the imported model.
The Chinese model is available now for under €1,000, while the European model is available at retailers such as Amazon.de. Vivo Europe has confirmed that warranty coverage applies to imported models sold officially in Europe.
The X300 Ultra features 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. It remains unclear whether the Chinese model's advertised five-year update policy covers Android upgrades or only security patches, as the European model's policy is more clearly defined.
