Collectors of gaming merchandise have a new, albeit limited, option for Resident Evil fans. Por.Toys has released an unofficial 1/6 scale figure set featuring Leon S. Kennedy from the upcoming title Resident Evil Requiem. This release matters because it offers a high-detail, fan-made alternative for enthusiasts who want to display their favorite character before the game launches. The set provides a tangible piece of the franchise's future, even though it is not an official Capcom product.
Limited run of fan-made Leon S. Kennedy figures includes extensive accessories
The product consists of two articulated Leon S. Kennedy figures, each dressed in different outfits. Por.Toys designed these figures to capture the character's appearance in the unreleased game. The set is explicitly unlicensed and not affiliated with Capcom, marking it as a fan-made item. Buyers should be aware that this is a third-party creation rather than an official merchandise release.
The figure set comes with an extensive array of accessories to enhance display options. Each figure includes six interchangeable hands and one pair of exclusive articulated hands. The weapon collection features tactical axes, a pistol, a 'Requiem' revolver, spare magazines, holsters, a tactical flashlight, and a knife. Additional items include a small bag, a tactical grenade for the belt, mini-photos, a document folder, a watch, a stand with the character's name, an ammunition accessory, and magnetic sneakers.
Production of this deluxe set was strictly limited to 99 boxes. The set was reported to sell for approximately $800 USD. This pricing and scarcity make it a niche item for dedicated collectors. The limited run suggests that availability is extremely tight, with most units likely sold out.
A video featuring the unboxing of this unofficial set has been released to showcase the details. The unboxing video highlights the quality of the accessories and the articulation of the figures. This visual confirmation helps buyers assess the value of the fan-made product. The release provides a preview of how fans are interpreting the character's design for Resident Evil Requiem.
