Capcom adds a new fighter to the Street Fighter 6 roster, giving players another option to master before the year ends. The release of Arjun on October 13 expands the competitive landscape for both casual and ranked players. This update matters because it completes the current season's character pool, allowing enthusiasts to test new matchups against a unique playstyle.

Capcom adds yoga-themed fighter to Year 4 roster
Arjun serves as the second downloadable content character for the Year 4 roster, arriving after Yasmine. He joins a lineup that also features Tifa from Final Fantasy VII Remake and Bosch in upcoming waves. Players can access Arjun immediately on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam.
The character design centers on 'Yoga Breathing' mechanics, which allow for recoverable damage and projectile attacks. This approach offers a strategic alternative to standard melee-focused fighters. The game supports these mechanics across all listed platforms without requiring specific hardware upgrades beyond the base console requirements.
Owners of the Year 4 Character Pass or Year 4 Ultimate Pass receive Arjun as part of their subscription benefits. Two visual options are available, including a default look and a second outfit. Players can unlock the second outfit by completing Arcade Mode or purchasing it with Fighter Coins.
